    Sebastian comes off as both sweet and very sensitive. He's very expressive- his inability to hide what he's feeling leaves him honest and open with everyone he meets. This has its ups and downs- on one hand he isn't the type to lie, but on the other hand, his.. flamboyant nature ends up expressed with little filter. He can be extremely overdramatic and makes mountains out of mole hills all the time. Mercurial as he may seem, it's 100% genuine.
    At the very least, he means well, almost always putting others' feelings before his own. He is kind and does his best not to be troublesome; He would likely panic and immediately try to make amends if he ever upset anyone. A history of bullying has left him fearful of getting on anyone's bad side, so he gets intimidated extremely easily when people get mad at him. He is sheepish in general- happy and outgoing as he may seem, he's very nervous and it's easy to scare him or get him to do what you want. This dog is truly a pushover, not a fighter. More than that, he's a huge crybaby; He will tear up at the smallest thing, be it scary or sad or touching. He just cant help it.
    He doesn't think very highly of himself- in fact, he considers himself to be somewhat inadequate, but he tries very hard not to dwell on it. Can't bring everyone else down, right? It's usually very easy to tell when he's upset, but he still attempts to push through bad moves as fast as possible. For the most part, he's excitable and optimistic, and he much prefers himself that way.

History:
    Sebastian Monet was born to a successful high class family in Snowbelle, Kalos. His parents own a successful fashion company, allowing the family significant amounts of money. He never got to know his mother- she died from health complications when Sebastian was 2, leaving his eldest sister Margot to step in as his mother figure. Sebastian adored her for it, while his sister Eve resented her for it.
    With Margot being groomed to eventually take over the company, the younger Eve and Sebastian were left with a relatively lax upbringing. Bruno Monet was not the best single dad, given his business responsibilities and generally distant nature; In fact, he hardly saw his children, but he was quick to supply them with just about anything they wanted. Needless to say, the Monet children grew up relatively spoiled, and were consistently enrolled in what he saw as the best Arceist school in Snowbelle.
    Sebastian had always been a timid child, not to mention a crybaby. And a nerd. And a general wimp. This led to having to deal with bullying in school that only worsened as he got older, as his flamboyancy brought all kinds of name calling and the occasional physical confrontation. The first few times telling teachers did little to change his bullies' behavior- and their angered reactions to him "tattling" left him too afraid to bring it up again. He insisted no one be told. Despite being a social butterfly by nature, every year he slowly drew farther away from others, sticking close to his small group of misfit friends. His sister Eve and his best friend Aster, a practically fearless Delcatty girl he'd known since 2nd grade, took to being his personal body guards throughout the years. Thanks to them, incidents never got too physical, but he became increasinly dependent on them and rarely felt comfortable doing things by himself. Even outside of school, he would lean on Margot or Eve for anything that came his way.
    During high school, time went on and he made more internet friends than school friends as some members of his little group graduated and moved off for college. Eve was one of those graduates, being 2 years older than him, and she moved off to Sinnoh for college.
    Things went downhill when Aster's family could no longer afford to send her to the expensive Arceist school. She was pulled out in the middle of the semester. The bullying got more physical almost immediately, and before long he was coming home to his family with scrapes and bruises that eventually couldn't be hidden anymore. While not the most compassionate parent in the world, Bruno was outraged by the treatment of his son, and further appalled that Sebastian hadn't contacted him about it sooner. He could not accept the younger Furfrou coming home injured and vowed to move him to another school immediately. However, this time, he was choosing a boarding school to ensure his son would learn to be more independent and take care of himself. St.Mortiel was the first to meet his Arceist school standards. Sebastian was terrified at the thought of leaving the few friends he had, especially losing the ability to see Margot or Aster on a regular basis, but his father assured him this would be a fresh start in a safer community ( and if it wasn't, he would sue the hell outta the place ). Sebastian couldn't bring himself to argue with his father either way, and the application was sent.

PHYSICAL
His fur/hair grows extremely quickly. He has to trim himself at least once a week if he doesn't want to become a fluffy mess.
He likes to keep his fur long since it hides his body more. Beneath it, he's basically built like a squishy noodle. He's quite self conscious about it.
    -Of course, he'll sometimes cut it shorter in the summer or when he wants to wear a nicer trim.
That big fluffy tail is inherited from his mother. He likes it a lot and doesn't like to trim it.
Doesn't need his glasses that badly- he's only a little near-sighted, but always keeps them on hand anyway.
He has a very keen sense of smell and can indeed track where people have gone using Odor Sleuth. He is easily upset by bad or strong smells.
PSYCHOLOGICAL
Questioning, but leans a lot more towards boys (spoiler alert: hes gay)
    -Is also more intimidated by boys. It's unfortunate
He absolutely l o v e s cats.
    -He has a pet Meowstic named Loretta and he spoils the little thing rotten.
Also loves peanut butter.
His phone case is a gift from his sister Margot and it's his favorite thing in the world. He also got his TM from her. He treasures all her gifts!
He's kind of a gossip hound. He likes to be modern and know everything that's going on, in school and online. You can bet he catches up on the twitter feed every day and knows what's what.
